The main menu screen allows users to quickly navigate to the information they need using the familiar point-and-click Web browser-based interface.

The “Person” screen displays the information available in the Case Tracking section of the main menu. A photo of the probationer is displayed along with contact information, employers, and references. Additional information is a click away in the blue menu box.

Right-clicking any screen in the Case Tracking section provides access to over two hundred forms, legal documents, and transfer packets. The appropriate information is pulled from the screen automatically, and the user never has to rekey any information.

The Interstate Compact Transfer Document is generated by right-clicking in the “Person” screen. The document packet is automatically generated and the user is only required to enter the state to which the probationer is transferring. This time-saving functionality allows the supervising officer to spend more time with the probationer and less time completing paperwork.
